1、 Product Overview

Conductive F46 film silver plating is a composite functional film with high infrared emissivity and conductivity formed by depositing a high pure silver layer on the surface of a polytetrafluoroethylene (FEP) film as the substrate through a roll to roll vacuum evaporation process.

2、 Technical characteristics of F46 (FEP) substrate

F46, also known as perfluoroethylene propylene, is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) in a ratio of approximately 85:15.

Key Differences:F46 can be made into thin films and achieve mass production, PTFE cannot. F46 has a dielectric constant of approximately 2.1 and fluctuates only ± 0.02 within the range of 24-77GHz, with extremely low signal loss. It is the preferred insulation material in the field of high-frequency communication.
