Low temperature conductive silver paste

Low temperature conductive silver paste is a conductive paste developed for the needs of low-temperature working environment and thermal sensitive substrate conductive interconnection. It is composed of ultrafine silver powder, low-temperature resistant resin, and organic carrier. The product is coated on the surface of the substrate through screen printing and cured to form a dense silver conductive layer under low temperature conditions of 80 ℃ to 150 ℃. It is used for the production of conductive circuits in refrigeration equipment sensors, low-temperature detection instruments, and flexible circuit boards.

In principle, ultrafine silver powder forms a percolation conductive network in the resin matrix, providing a low resistance current path. Low temperature resistant resin maintains flexibility and adhesive strength even after curing, and does not crack or delaminate in low-temperature environments. The low-temperature curing characteristic can avoid damage to heat sensitive substrates such as PET or encapsulated devices at high temperatures.
