Low temperature conductive silver adhesive

Low temperature conductive silver paste is mainly composed of matrix resin and conductive filler (usually high-purity silver powder). By the adhesive effect of the matrix resin, conductive particles are tightly bonded together to form a conductive pathway, thereby achieving conductive connection of the bonded material. Its curing temperature is much lower than that of traditional tin lead welding, effectively avoiding thermal damage and internal stress problems caused by high temperature on the material.
