1、 Core functional positioning
Advanced Institute of TechnologyThe high-temperature conductive silver paste is a functional material designed specifically for LED ceramic substrates (such as aluminum oxide Al ₂ O ∝, aluminum nitride AlN). Its core function is to form firmly attached and highly conductive electrode lines, serving as a channel for current transmission and ensuring efficient and stable light emission of LED chips.

2、 Composition and Key Characteristics
It is mainly composed of high-purity silver particles, inorganic bonding phases (glass powder or metal oxides), and organic carriers. Silver provides high conductivity; The inorganic bonding phase forms a strong bond with the ceramic matrix during high-temperature sintering; Organic carriers ensure the rheological properties during printing. Its characteristics include high conductivity, high adhesion strength, high temperature resistance, and migration resistance.

3、 Process adaptation advantages
Suitable for screen printing or dispensing processes, it matches the thermal expansion coefficient of ceramic substrates, and after high-temperature sintering (usually above 800 ℃), it is co fired with the substrate to form a dense film layer, avoiding cracking or peeling, meeting the requirements for fine circuits and high reliability in LED manufacturing.

Developing towards non glass based silver paste, nano silver paste, etc., to further reduce sintering temperature (suitable for low-temperature co fired ceramic technology), improve conductivity resolution (suitable for miniaturized circuits), and enhance resistance to sulfurization and oxidation, extending the service life of LEDs in harsh environments.
