[Product Definition]FEP silver plated film is a high-performance composite film made by depositing a high purity silver layer on the surface of a polytetrafluoroethylene (FEP) film using vacuum magnetron sputtering technology. FEP is a copolymer modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), inheriting the excellent chemical inertness, low dielectric constant, and wide temperature range stability of PTFE, while also possessing thermoplastic processing capabilities. The silver plating layer endows the film with high conductivity and high infrared reflectivity.

FEP silver plated film can be thermoplastic processed and supports conventional molding methods such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
