The NFC tag absorbing plate is made of a composite of magnetic absorbent and flexible resin matrix, and can be provided as a roll or sheet with a thickness usually between 0.03mm and 0.3mm. It can be covered with pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side for easy bonding and processing during the tag production process.
The working principle is based on the magnetic loss mechanism. When stray electromagnetic waves or reflected waves around the NFC tag antenna are incident on the absorbing plate, the magnetic absorbent in the material converts the stray electromagnetic energy into thermal energy through hysteresis loss and eddy current loss in the 13.56MHz alternating electromagnetic field, effectively purifying the electromagnetic environment around the antenna and reducing the impact of multipath reflection and frequency mismatch on tag performance.
