Purpose:

Conductive rubber is made by uniformly distributing conductive particles such as silver plated glass, aluminum, and silver in silicone rubber, and by applying pressure to bring the conductive particles into contact, it achieves good conductivity.

Conductive rubber has excellent electromagnetic and water vapor sealing capabilities, and can provide good conductivity under certain pressure (suppressing frequencies up to 40GHz). product

Meets the US military standard MIL-G-83528. The product is widely used in military electronic equipment such as aerospace, aviation, ships, and weapons.


Application:

Electronic and microwave waveguide systems such as chassis, cabinets, and shelters, as well as connector pads.

Material characteristics:

 Aluminum silver plated conductive rubberHas excellent shielding performance and smoke resistance;

 Copper silver plated conductive rubberHas the best conductivity;

Silver plated conductive rubber on glass: with the best cost-effectiveness;

Pure silver conductive rubber: has good anti mold properties.

Technical performance:

Conductive rubber must withstand a certain amount of compression force to conduct electricity well, so the structural design must ensure appropriate pressure without overpressure. The optimal height compression of the board is 7-15%;

The optimal height compression for solid circles and D-shapes is between 12-30%; The optimal height compression for tubular and P-shaped structures is between 20-60%, and the main technical performance is shown in the table below:
