1、 Product Description:
Conductive foam shielding liner is wrapped on polyurethane (urethane) foam core with excellent compression performance by flame retardant conductive woven cloth (non flame retardant can be selected);
Conductive cloth has good surface conductivity and can be easily fixed on the shielding device with adhesive tape;
There are shielding materials available in different cross-sectional shapes, installation methods, UL ratings, and shielding effectiveness.
2、 Product features:
The surface resistivity of conductive cloth is low, and it can exhibit excellent conductivity similar to metals, with high grounding and shielding effects;
Has a certain environmental sealing effect;
The core material uses PU foam, which reduces surface pressure and has excellent resilience, making the selection diverse;
Due to the smooth and flexible conductive fiber surface of the lining material, it can be suitable for various shapes of attachment surfaces, making installation convenient;
When installed on objects such as chassis and cabinets, it is easier to adhere than ordinary adhesive stickers;
The lining material has flame-retardant material specifications that can be used with confidence;
3、 Application scenarios:
Conductive cloth pads are suitable for electromagnetic shielding, anti-static, and grounding applications;
Widely used in various occasions such as communication chassis cabinets, laptops, computers and peripheral devices, automation and * * equipment fields; Wireless communication, medical and other electronic products, etc;
Not suitable for humid and hot environments with high pressure, not suitable for frequent opening and closing, and not suitable for situations with hinged connections.
