Touch screen conductive adhesiveCan be widely used for touch screens csp、fpc、fpc/ito glass、pet/itoglass、pet/pet、 Adhesive bonding in fields such as flip chip, liquid crystal display (LCD), TP, radio frequency identification (RFID), thin film switch, EL backlight terminals, etc. This product has good conductivity, adhesion, flexibility, stable performance, and is not easily oxidized.
The touch screen is attached to the surface of the display and used in conjunction with the display. If the coordinate position of the touch point on the screen can be measured, the intention of the touch user can be obtained based on the display content or icon of the corresponding coordinate point on the screen. Touch screens can be divided into five categories based on their technical principles: vector pressure sensing, resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. Among them, resistive touch screens are more commonly used in embedded systems. A resistive touch screen is a 4-layer transparent composite film screen, with a base layer made of glass or organic glass at the bottom, a plastic layer with a smooth and scratch resistant outer surface that has been hardened at the top, and two metal conductive layers in the middle, located on the base layer and the inner surface of the plastic layer, separated by many small transparent isolation points between the two conductive layers. When a finger touches the screen, the two conductive layers make contact at the touch point.
The two metal conductive layers of the touch screen are the two working surfaces of the touch screen, with a strip coated on each end of each working surfaceSilver glueA pair of electrodes are called the working face, and if a voltage is applied to the electrode pairs on one working face, a uniform and continuous parallel voltage distribution will be formed on that working face. When a certain voltage is applied to the electrode pair in the x direction and no voltage is applied to the electrode pair in the y direction, the voltage value at the contact point can be reflected on the y (or y -) electrode in the x-parallel voltage field. By measuring the voltage of the y electrode to ground, the x-coordinate value of the contact point can be determined. Similarly, when a voltage is applied to the y-electrode pair and no voltage is applied to the x-electrode pair, the y-coordinate of the contact point can be determined by measuring the voltage of the x-electrode. There are two types of resistive touch screens: four wire and five wire. The x and y working surfaces of the four wire touch screen are respectively added to two conductive layers, with a total of four lead wires connected to the x and y electrode pairs of the touch screen. The five wire touch screen adds both the x and y working surfaces to the conductive coating on the glass substrate, but during operation, the voltage is still applied in a time-sharing manner, allowing the voltage fields in both directions to work on the same working surface in a time-sharing manner, while the outer conductive layer is only used as a conductor and voltage measurement electrode. Therefore, the lead out wires of the five wire touch screen need to be 5.
